The important thing is to realize, be grasped by, and transformed by, the vision of our Triune God.

The gift of the Holy Spirit is for each and every one. The potential love and power of God working in us is limited only by our imaginations.

We can’t fully understand how the ascended Lord Jesus Christ is ‘Lord of all’, but are called to witness to his love and power, as He calls us to live into the Kingdom of God.

The risen Christ wants to enjoy our hospitality – not at our front door but completely within our homes.

Though we may never understand or accept the various atonement theories around Jesus’ self-sacrifice, the most important thing to understand and accept is God’s redeeming and eternal love.

Taking stock of the place the Jesus, the Christ, holds in my life – so that I can receive the love of God so painfully and perfectly given on the cross.

Repentance isn’t necessary for God to love us – it’s necessary for us to receive the fullness of God’s forgiving love.

Forgiving and loving those who have injured you can only be done by looking to, and receiving grace from – God.

Christ’s beatitudes (“Blessed are …”) teach us about living under God’s reign. As his disciples, we need to align ourselves – our attitudes and our actions – to living under God’s reign.

Like Isaiah, Peter and Paul, overcoming our resistance to, and responding to, God’s call to us.
