At a recent meeting of the Pastoral Care Team the subject came up around parishioners who are either not comfortable driving at night, those who’d prefer not to, or those unable to attend special services at All Saints Church for any transportation issues.

It seems there might be a ready solution:

ASC could develop a roster of people who would be willing to pick up people at home and then drop them off at home after service.

At this point we are thinking specifically of two upcoming dates:

  • our Patronal Feast Day on November 1 and

  • our Christmas Eve Service on December 24.

If people are in either camp: those would appreciate a ride on the two noted days, or people who are in a position to drive someone to church on Nov 1 or Dec 24 please contact Deacon Carl. It would be beneficial if you would also advise the part of the city you live in to help match folks up. Let’s see where this goes.
