Blessing of the Animals – October 5, 2025, 2 pm

In honour of St. Francis of Assisi, renowned for his love of animals, we will be celebrating a short service for the blessing of animals at 2 pm, in the courtyard. Pets of all types are welcome: furry, feathered, scaly, or stuffed. You may also bring a photo or memento of pets who don’t travel well or who have died.

We will also be collecting donations of pet food for the Winnipeg Humane Society Pet Food Bank. Note that the Humane Society accepts all kinds of pet food - even opened bags!
