Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the Parishioners of the Parish of All Saints will be held in All Saints Church on the eighth day of March, 2026, at twelve thirty in the afternoon, at which time and place all members signing the Declaration of Church Membership and who are of the full age of 16 years are entitled to attend, participate, and vote.

The AGM will be held in person, on March 8, 2026, after the 11 am service.

The AGM serves an important function in the management of our Church. Please make every effort to attend the meeting if possible.

A light lunch will be served before the meeting, and childcare will be available. If you will need childcare, please contact the office.

Declaration of Church Membership

In order to vote at the AGM you will need to sign a declaration of church membership. Per the Canons of the Diocese, that is defined as:

  1. A recognized attendant at the public worship of the Anglican Church of Canada, Parish of All Saints, within the Diocese of Rupert’s Land

  2. The full age of 16 years.

There is no formal definition for “recognized attendant”, nor does All Saints have a formal process of membership. If you feel like All Saints is your home, even if you only participate virtually or from home, and you meet the criteria above, you're eligible to vote at the AGM.
