All Saints Music Camp

Welcome to Summer Music Camp at All Saints Anglican Church 

We are committed to providing a safe, caring, and fun environment for your child.

Daily Schedule

• Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 AM

• Pick-up: 4:00–4:30 PM (final time to be confirmed)

Our Safety Commitment

✔ All staff and volunteers are screened (including Vulnerable Sector Checks)

✔ No adult is ever alone with a child

✔ Trained supervision during all activities

✔ First aid–trained staff onsite

Activities Include

• Singing and music (Orff instruments)

• Crafts

• Outdoor play at Young Street Park (Children walk together in supervised groups to the park.)

Health & Food

Lunch and morning and afternoon snacks will be provided each day.

We carefully accommodate allergies and dietary needs

Please ensure your child’s medical information is up to date

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Children must be signed in and out daily

• Only authorized individuals may pick up your child

• ID will be requested

• Late Pick ups:

  • $10 late fee for every 15 minutes after 4:30

  • Local authorities will be contacted if the child has not been picked up after 6 pm

What to Bring

• Water bottle

• Weather-appropriate clothing

• Sunscreen (applied before arrival).

If Your Child is Sick

Please keep your child home if they are unwell.

If illness occurs during the day, we will contact you for pick-up.
